How to claim Chilled pubs points with a paper receipt

The Process

When you pay for your food & drink - ask for a copy of the ITEMISED TILL RECEIPT

Don't lose it as it is the only way you will be able to claim your points

At a time convenient to you.... start up The Chilled Pubs App.... and make sure you are logged in

Click 'More' on the bottom right

Click 'My Account'

Click 'Redeem Points'

Click 'Paper Receipt'

Enter the details from your itemised till receipt

When you are told that your claim has been successful, you can check that your points have been put into your account

Common Mistakes

Trying to claim points with a 'Card Receipt' will not work

If the bill is split between 2 or more people, each person needs to enter the exact amount that they paid

Tips are excluded from the points claim

Trying to enter the VAT number instead of the Check number
