Gift cards

You can now give the gift of a Chilled Pubs experience by buying gift cards through our website - we no longer sell gift cards in our pubs.

All of our gift cards need to be redeemed to points on the Chilled Pubs app and can then be spent at any of our pubs!

What are Chilled Pubs Points?

Our guests earn Chilled Points when they buy food & drink at any Chilled Pub

They spend Chilled Points on any food or drink at any Chilled Pub.

The Chilled Points are held as part of an account when a guest registers with our Chilled Pubs App

Chilled Points can be also be purchased and given as a gift to someone

All of this is very easy..... and fully explained at each stage of the purchase, sending and receiving

You can send someone any value of Chilled Points.

How do I give Chilled Pubs Points as a gift?

All of our gift cards (digital or physical) need to be ordered through our website.

There are 2 options when ordering - you can order a digital gift card to be sent either to yourself or the recipient or a physical gift card.

Both gift cards require the recipient to download the Chilled Pubs App and redeem the code given on the gift card. 

Our physical gift cards are printed to order with your message & choice of cover and posted to the recipient (or yourself to send to them)

Our digital gift cards can be sent instantly or you can request them to be sent on a certain date. 

How will the recipient receive the points?

Once they have received their email or physical gift card they will have to redeem the points onto their app using the single use redemption code.

They will need to go onto the app - click on more - gift cards - redeem and just put in the redemption code - you can click here for a step by step guide- Redeeming your gift card

Once this is done they will be automatically added to the wallet of the guest who is redeeming.

They can check how many points the have by going into the "my wallet" section of the app. 

My friend/ the recipient doesn’t have the Chilled Pub App?

That is not a problem but they will need to download the app to redeem the points to be spent in the pub. They can also then start earning points on their purchases at any of our pubs.
